This is a fine blend of Cognacs distilled between 2001 and 2005, capturing the spirit at an excellent age, with fantastic balance between the fruity spirit and the oaky cask.

This cognac serves up notes of chocolate, grapes and dried fruit, with a zingy fresh grape quality and a rich, decadent finish. 

This is a non-chillfiltered Cognac, dedicated to General de Castex, a forefather of the distillery who served under Napoléon the First.
